Good Hotel with Minor Issues
wide breakfast range tasty food tired room faulty light bulb
The hotel has a tasty food. Breakfast range was wide, food was fresh and tasty. The staff was also nice!
I had some issues. The room needs decorating. It looks tired, and one light bulb was not working.

warm room broken refrigerator
the air conditioning barely worked, made the room uncomfortably warm. also, i was surprised to find that the mini-fridge wasn't cooling properly, so i couldn't store any drinks or snacks.

fresh pastries grand lobby restful sleep cold staff inconsistent temperature lacking toiletries
the breakfast was extensive. i especially liked the variety of fresh pastries (the croissants were flaky!). the lobby felt grand with ample seating. it had a cute atmosphere for both short waits and longer stays. the room was clean and the bed offered a restful sleep.
the reception staff seemed a bit cold. they weren't particularly unfriendly, but they didn't offer much warmth (a smile goes a long way!). the air conditioning in my room struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. the room felt slightly stuffy at times. the bathroom lacked basic toiletries beyond the shower gel and shampoo.

central hotel stay
modern hotel adequate gym large buffet
the hotel is modern. i found the gym adequate, also the small spa was nice. breakfast offered a very large buffet with a great variety of options. i will definitely consider staying here again.
i found that some of the office staff were not as helpful as i expected. it was a minor inconvenience.

the room included a sofa. decor was updated to a decent size. a water fountain with sparkling water on each floor was available.

the hotel features a game room and a gym. i saw that a sauna was available. a nespresso machine was a nice addition.

the hotel is close to transportation, shops, and restaurants. i noted that the central station is within walking distance. must-visit palaces are easily accessible.

easy access main places beautiful view nespresso machine stuffy room broken air conditioning no action
The location is good. I had easy access to main places by bus. The view from my room on the 21st floor was beautiful. I had nespresso and water.
The room was hot and stuffy. The air conditioning did not work. I called the front desk several times, but nothing happened.
