I had some issues. The room needs decorating. It looks tired, and one light bulb was not working.

the breakfast was extensive. i especially liked the variety of fresh pastries (the croissants were flaky!). the lobby felt grand with ample seating. it had a cute atmosphere for both short waits and longer stays. the room was clean and the bed offered a restful sleep.

the reception staff seemed a bit cold. they weren't particularly unfriendly, but they didn't offer much warmth (a smile goes a long way!). the air conditioning in my room struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. the room felt slightly stuffy at times. the bathroom lacked basic toiletries beyond the shower gel and shampoo.

the hotel is modern. i found the gym adequate, also the small spa was nice. breakfast offered a very large buffet with a great variety of options. i will definitely consider staying here again.

i found that some of the office staff were not as helpful as i expected. it was a minor inconvenience.

The location was good.

My room faced the street and I could clearly hear the trams. The noise was quite disruptive, especially at night. the air conditioning unit was quite loud, and it made sleep difficult. I found these issues detracted from the stay.

The location is good. I had easy access to main places by bus. The view from my room on the 21st floor was beautiful. I had nespresso and water.

The room was hot and stuffy. The air conditioning did not work. I called the front desk several times, but nothing happened.
